About the Event
KAPPA LEAGUE FORMAT: Each week we will meet via Microsoft Teams on a Saturday Morning 11am-12pm looking to resolve issues in a 1-to-many discussion on topics that directly affect the youth. Some of the topics include:

•ENERGY
•LISTENING SKILLS
•STRONG BELIEFS & VALUES
•LEAD BY EXAMPLE
•ACKNOWLEDGE OTHERS

Training: I will use the pillars of the program Mentoring, Training, & Networking so that I will be able to create opportunities for myself to be a LEADER and not just a worker. In this 6-8 week programming designed to build habits of success that the participants will use long after the program.
