About the Event
This workshop will help our young women RECONNECT with one another while sharing their true feelings about the climate of the world. They will RENEW their belief in self-awareness, self preservation, and RESTORE their self-confidence in themselves through candid conversation that start the healing process about the things that matter in life.
The GURLZ ON THE MOVE PROGRAM will provide a 1-to-many opportunity for young girls to connect with powerful women of color. They will learn that representation matters and see themselves (#youngwomenofcolor #dream #representation) in the speakers. This will be a powerful but necessary opportunity for young women of color to connect and develop their path for the future.
